- High visibility
- Hot Food Takeaway usage (A5)
- Students
- Pedestrian count
- Address count of 15,000 within 3 mile radius
- Socio-economic groups B and C
- Preferred age group 16-39
- New housing
- Young families
- DINKY's
- Commuter belt
- Parking
