Domino's Pizza is always on the lookout for new properties across the UK and Ireland - especially in our target locations. We will look at a wide range of sites on local high streets, parades or edge of town shopping developments.
Our ideal location would meet the following criteria, but we are interested in properties that at least tick some of these boxes:
- Frontage - 15ft (5.5m) minimum
- Depth - 60ft (20m) minimum
- Area - 1,000 sq. ft. - 1,200 sq. ft. (93 - 112 m sq.), which can be over two floors - Minimum requirement = 800 sq. ft. on the ground floor
- High visibility
- Hot Food Takeaway usage (A5) (or possibility of change of use)
- Potential access to Students
- Delivery address count of circa 15,000 households
- Family neighbourhoods
- Parking
