The Recruitment and Selection Process
The Domino’s Pizza Group Ltd recruitment process consists of various stages and is dependent on the success rate of the vacancy. Short listing will commence dependent on your application and the matching of the required skills and experience. You will then be contacted to explain the role in further details and if suitable, an interview will be arranged.

Acquisitions Surveyor
The purpose of the role is to support the Business Development team contributing to the strategic direction and success of Domino’s Pizza in the site acquisition programme in the UK. Ensuring annual opening targets are achieved by managing the process from initial site feasibility through acquisition and onto shop fitting.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

Increase the company profile to all commercial agents, developers and investors to assist in the acquisitions process.
·
Communicate throughout the process both internally and externally to achieve a controlled and timely lead in process. Ensure sufficient communication with design and build function to achieve effective results.
·
To identify, select and acquire suitable sites from feasibility to completion, negotiating with vendors, solicitors, architects, agents, planning consultants, environmental and traffic consultants, local authority planners and developers.
·
Liaise closely with senior management to maintain growth momentum and contribute to the strategic direction and success of Domino’s Pizza.
Operations Support Team Member
The purpose of the Operations Specialist Team to ensure the Operations Evaluation Report programme is co-ordinated and conducted in line with operational requirements and to ensure support and operational standards are upheld whilst responsible for auditing and supporting own designated group of stores. To support new store openings and train new team members to the highest Domino’s Pizza standards.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

Responsible for ensuring OER programme is conducted as dictated by Dominos Pizza standards.
·
Responsible for conducting audits and providing support to own group of stores.
·
Provide operational and training support to new and existing stores.
·
Maintain and develop reporting process as required by National Training & Development Manager.
·
Assess training needs of franchisees, managers and team members and assist in their developmental needs.
·
Working in conjunction with the Training Department to run workshops, field training and product roll-outs with franchisees and stores as required.
·
Assess and share best practice.
·
Communicate store performance with other Operations team members.
·
Maintain documentation of audits and new store opening assignments.
·
Analyse and report on any Operational issues which may require action.
